The series consists of seven episodes which show how our bodies cope with major health events. The series tells of how the body deals with a growing fetus, and how the body repairs itself after an injury. Body story unravels the mysteries of the two most important organs in the human body - the brain and the heart. And the program looks at dramatic physiological transformation that occur during puberty through two young teens, and how the human body works to gain control of itself when faced with new situations. And it also show how the force of impact damages the delicate internal structures of our bodies and how doctors work to repair the injuries.
