“The healthcare professionals at CVIM provide primary medical care, comprehensive dental services, prescription medicines, health and wellness programs and referrals to a wide variety of social service agencies in Chester County. All services and programs are free of charge to eligible uninsured adults and children who live or work in Chester County and meet gross income eligibility of 300% of the federal poverty guidelines or less*. Clients must not be eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare, Veteran’s Benefits, or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and not have private insurance. “The Greater North Penn Dental Initiative at North Penn VNA, located in the North Penn Visiting Nurse Association building at 51 Medical Campus Drive in Lansdale, provides affordable dental care for individuals, children, families and seniors who are without dental insurance. The Dental Initiative offers many of the same services as a dentist's office. Services include: Routine Exams/Check-ups, X-rays, Cleanings, Sealants, Minor Extractions, Fillings, and Denture Adjustments and Fittings. Fees for services are nominal and are based on a sliding scale based on individual income and household size, with exams starting as low as $35.00. Proof of income is required at the first visit. We require payment at the time of service.”

Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania provides a variety of medical services by a team of reproductive health professionals. Services include women's and men's health services; birth control services; emergency contraception; HIV testing; patient education; pregnancy testing, options and services, including abortion referral; STD testing and treatment Montgomery County.
Although appointments are suggested; selected health centers take walk-in patients at designated times. You may walk in to selected centers up to 1 hour before closing for the following: pregnancy testing, emergency contraceptives, and STI screening (without symptoms). We offer screening for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV and Syphilis. Because there are scheduled patients, walk in services are not guaranteed. There may be a wait or you may be asked to schedule an appointment for another date by center staff. All other services require an appointment.
